THE EXPLORERS AND the great adventure
"And they all lived happily ever after. The end."
The class clapped as Jimmy took his seat.
Ms Bunchin, who is the teacher, said "thank you Jimmy". "Okay class, remember to bring a story on something that has happened to you."
*Bring, ding*, the school bell rang out.
"Yay!" everyone yelled.
Jimmy, Darrel, and Keegin all went exploring. "The adventure awaits!" They all shouted. "Let's go this way!" all of them said.
But they were pointing different directions. There were three paths.
Jimmy said "lets split up."
So away they went! The path that Jimmy was walking on was muddy. The path Keegin was walking on was rocky. The path Darrel was walking on was grassy. Jimmy's path was very muddy and had sink holes everywhere and it was hard to get through and soon he began to get stuck in the mud. Keegin's path was filled with pokey rocks and cliffs and he tripped on a root and fell onto the pokey rocks and cut his leg and it started to bleed. Darrel's path was very grassy and soft and he was so tired and fell asleep. Meanwhile, Jimmy was stuck in the mud, and his feet were sinking into the mud deeper and the mud was beginning to harden. He had to git help some how. Keegin on the other hand had tied his shirt around his leg to try to keep his leg from bleeding. He had learned what to do in these situations from boy scouts, but he never thought he would be in a situation like this. And Darrell was sound asleep on the soft grass. Jimmy was getting tired of standing and had to sit down. He looked around for something that could help him to get out of the mud but found nothing. Keegin's leg had kind of stopped bleeding but still hurt very bad. Keegin tried to stand up but his leg was to weak. Darrell was starting to wake up, when he woke up he felt little tickles all over him and and looked to see what it was. It was fire ants crawling all over him! TO BE CONTINUED
THE EXPLORERS AND the mystory of the out house
"lunch time class!" Ms Bunchin said. "Remember the last big adventure we had together." Jimmy said. "ya." Darrel said. "We haven't had one in a long time." Keegin said stuffing his mouth with food. "Jimmy, when are we going to have another big adventure?" Darrel said. "Well, I don't know" "how bout tonight!" Keegin said. "Well, Ok I don't know if I'll be able to tonight." Jimmy said. "Why not?" Keegin said. "ya why not?" Darrel said. " Well, I guess but I have to ask my parents if its ok." Jimmy said. After they were done with school they all went home. When Jimmy got home... "Hey Mom can I go on a adventure somewhere with Keegin and Darrell?" "Well. when and where?" "O tonight. Somewhere." "Well... I guise. But I'll have to ask your Father." "Ok." TO BE CONTINUED

There once was a man who lived in a gutter, and every day for breakfast he ate twelve sticks of butter. His name was Harry and every once in a while he ate a cherry. One day he went to his friend who lived under a bridge, his name was Rod and every day he ate seven pea pods. So when Harry got there he asked his friend if he wanted to eat with him for dinner. And his friend Rod said that would be a winner. Then they both went to see their friend Yoth who lived in a peach and when it got dark he would sneak and bark. weird! so any way they all went to Harry's gutter and for dinner they ate jelly and bacon but then all their bellies were ach'n. So they ended up eating sticks of butter, cherries, pea pods, and peaches. THE END THE END

THE MAGICAL LAND OF TUNDRINIAN
Once upon a time there was a poor farmer named Korah and he had a wife and one three-year-old son. One day he decided to go to town to get food and supplies for his family, but it was really far away. He packed and got ready to go. He hooked up the old mule to the cart and was off! Day and night he walked on the road. He started going into a grassy field that he had never seen before and camped there for the night. In the morning he kept going North and it began to get colder and foggier and soon he couldn't go anymore because a storm was coming. The snow was coming down so hard it made him almost fall out of the cart, but tried to keep going. It had been two days since he had left home and he was lost. He put the brakes on the cart and slept in the cart. The next morning the snow had stopped and the fog was all gone and it was all sunny. He was in a whole new place. He didn't know what had happened. He was now in the Magical Land of Tundrinian. He got out of the cart to see if his mule was alright, got out his supplies and hatchet, and with the mule left the cart. He started walking until he heard a loud roar. There was a giant tarantula that popped up from behind a hill, and Korah ran as fast as he could leaving his mule behind. He looked back and only saw the legs of the mule sticking out of the gigantic tarantula's mouth! When the giant tarantula was done gobbling up the mule it started chasing Korah. Luckily, Korah had his hatchet on the side of his pants and took it out and threw it at the tarantula. The hatchet hit one of its eyes and purple goo started gushing out of the eye. Then Korah, without watching where he was going, ran and ran until he fell into a hole. His head got hit so hard that it knocked him out. When he woke up it was early in the morning. Korah looked in his bag to find something to use to get out of the hole with and he did. Korah found a rope. He threw it once, he threw it twice, and then the rope got stuck on a root that was sticking out of the ground. Korah tied his bag on the bottom of the rope and then he climbed up it. When he got up he pulled on the rope and untied his bag from it. When he had gotten out he headed on. Soon Korah found himself at the bottom of a mountain. He started climbing up the mountainside. It was rough and risky but he managed it. When Korah was almost to the top of the mountain he heard a strange loud noise that sounded like a cry for help. So Korah went to see what it was and it was an old goat that was stuck in a trap. Hastily Korah came over to help. After he had got the goat out of the trap he told it to go, but it just stood there as still as a statue. Then the goat started talking. He said, "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" Korah thought he was dreaming and then he passed out from fear. When he woke up the goat had fixed breakfast and Korah still didn't know if he was dreaming or not. The goat said he was 10,002,700 years old. Korah didn't believe him, but he didn't tell him that because he didn't want to hurt his feelings. The goat loved to tell stories. Korah told the goat that he had a mule that had been eaten by a giant tarantula. The goat said that he had almost been eaten by one. They kept going up the side of the mountain. Finally they reached the top and set up camp. It had now been about five weeks since Korah had left home. He missed his family a lot, but he was also having a fun time exploring in the weird place that he was in. The next morning Korah woke up early and the goat got up early too and they went down the other side of the mountain until they heard the wind going wild and the trees were moving back and forth more than ever. All of a sudden a dragon swooped down from nowhere and blew fire everywhere. Korah didn't know what to do. He started running and then he stopped and turned around to see where the goat was and it was guarding him with his little tiny horns. After awhile the dragon got tired of being poked in the side by the goat's horns and couldn't seem to catch the goat because it was so small. So with a big whoosh that sounded like thunder the dragon left. Both the goat and Korah were tired so they rested and fell asleep. In the morning the goat told Korah that a few miles away was a river and that it split into two. He said that he was going to go West and said Korah should go East because it was safer and it would probably get him back home. They walked and walked. It was rocky and they found a stream of water and followed it until it split into two. When they got there they said goodbye and went their own ways. After they had went their ways Korah saw a bush shake. He went closer and closer until a bobcat jumped out! "Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!" he exclaimed. The bobcat just stared at him then ran off. Korah couldn't understand so he kept walking. As he was walking he found a griffin eating grass and it turned out to be friendly and flew him over the mountains. He felt the cold, bitter air on his warm, whiskery face and he flew over the jagged rocks and fresh water falls that fell into a massive river. Finally, he had made it to land where the grass was as green as you could ever imagine and the soil was as soft as a pillow. Korah loved it there, for that was his dream come true, but he had to keep on the move to get home. It seemed like it never ended. He kept walking and walking all day and one night. He felt as droopy as a tortois so he rested. When he rested he dreamed about being home with his wife and son. Then he woke up and started getting his things together when he noticed that all around him were wolves with bat wings, fangs sharper than a tiger's tooth, and claws as pokey as a porcupine. But just then out of the distance came centaurs. The bat-wolves fled fast by flying away. One of the chief centaurs picked Korah up and kept on running with him. They were going so speedily that Korah was silent and he didn't speak until they stopped. All the centaurs kept on running until they all halted at the same moment. Then Korah got off and said, "Who are you?" The chief stood up as straight as he could and said, "I am Chief Howgotten." Korah followed Chief Howgotten into a huge palace. He ate the best food and slept in the most comfortable bed that he had ever slept in. In the morning he had an early breakfast and the centaurs gave him food for the rest of his expedition. He thanked them and left but still didn't know how he was ever going to get home. Then out of the sky came the griffin that had helped him fly over the mountains earlier. Without saying a word, the griffin picked him up and flew him over the morning sky. The flight was so peaceful it made Korah fall asleep. When he woke up nothing was there except for a big, open, green field. He started walking up a hill and found himself looking down on the very town he had been trying to get to all along. He went to get the supplies he needed and then went home. When he arrived his wife ran out with his son, who was now four years old, and hugged him. There was happy and sad tears being shed that night. Korah had learned how family is more valuable than anything else he could ever experience. He never knew how he got to the magical land of Tundrinian, but he was just happy to be home! THE END
